Shipping policy

1. Processing and Delivery
Estimated delivery within the US is 1-2 weeks from order date. This includes production, international freight, customs clearance, and 3-5 business days domestic transit once the order ships.

2. Shipping Origin
Orders ship from the United States after customs clearance.

3. International Orders
We ship internationally. Delivery times and rates vary by destination, see the shipping calculator at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

4. Tracking
A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Order Confirmation
If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support@moshui.co.

6. Returns & Exchanges
See our Returns Policy for details. Orders that have entered the production and fulfillment period cannot be modified or canceled.
